Empowering HR professionals to create personalized age inlcusion programs for their multi-generational workforeces

MAG7 partnered with AARP’s Employer Engagement team to overhaul their Employer Resource Center to help organize their vast library of resources in a way that better meets the needs of their audience. We also created a personalized tool that enables HR and DEI professionals to create effective action plans for integrating age inclusion programs within their organizations. In support of this work, we stood up a new CMS to ensure ease and efficiency of their publishing operations.


The end result… a powerful resource allowing DEI professionals to create personalized age inclusion programs for their multi-generational workforces, all while optimizing AARP’s ability to manage their site efficiently and with ease.
