MAG7 partnered with Mosaic, who provides financing options for solar and other home improvements, to do a complete overhaul of their entire user journey. We used audience research to develop a deep understanding of needs and pain points of both homeowners and their  solar / home improvement contractors. With these meaningful insights, we were able to help homeowners easily understand seemingly complex finance options and to effortlessly apply and receive financing so they could move forward with their projects with confidence. We were also able to create a powerful suite of tools enabling contractors to seamlessly incorporate financing into their sales process, manage change orders with ease, and get paid promptly when their work was completed. 

The end result… an effortless way for contractors to provide financing options to their customers and make solar and other home improvements for affordable for homeowners.
